Engr (Rev) Peter Okoye

Executive Chairman

Engr (Rev) Peter Okoye is the Executive Chairman of Equip & Environmental Services Limited. He is a graduate of civil engineering from the Yaba College of Technology, Lagos in 1975. He is a registered professional engineer with over 32 years of working experience in the construction and engineering industry in Nigeria. His managerial expertise and experience have endeared him to many managerial positions and projects.

He recently retired as the Chief Highway Engineer with the Federal Ministry of Works & Housing, his professional membership includes:

  • Member, Institute of Engineers, London (MIE)
  • Member, Nigerian Association of Technological Engineers (MNATE)
  • Member, Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN)
  • Member, Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE)

He is happily married with five beautiful children. We believe his wealth of unquantifiable experience will come to bear in all our activities.

Mr Nick Chinonso Okoye

Managing Director/CEO

Mr Nick Chinonso Okoye is the Managing Director/CEO of Equip & Environmental Services Limited. A 21st century technopreneur and economist with over (18) eighteen years of practical experience and accomplishment in the area of marketing, project management, strategic development and corporate administration. He has worked with Federal Ministry of Works, Hyundai Heavy Industries Limited and Net-Work Oil & Gas Limited before settling for business.

As the MD/CEO of EQUIP, he runs the affairs and ensure the continuing business opportunities of the company. He also co-ordinates the activities of the management team to establish an integrated, one stop, global sales and service company, run by professionals, technology driven with state of the art facilities as well as with a philosophy that seeks to create a world class company that puts premium on human capital for efficient service delivery.

Nick is also the Chief Executive Officer of Port Equipment & Cargo Handling Co Limited, Nonsx Oil & Maritime Services Group and i-Tec Computers & Electronics Products Africa Limited (i-Tec).

Mr Onyeka Obi

Head of Administration and Finance

MR ONYEKA OBI is the Head of Administration and Finance of Equip & Environmental Services Limited with over seven years practical experience in general administration, project supervision, procurement, quality control, work evaluation & assessment, site audit and safety management.

As the Head of Administration & Finance of EQUIP, he ensures to the recruitment of key personnel, development of accounting system, policies and procedures in the Company. He has attended several local and international courses and conferences.

Barrister Franklin Aliuna

Company’s Secretary and Legal Adviser

Barrister Franklin Aliuna is the Company’s Secretary and Legal Adviser. He currently serves on the board of Equip & Environmental Services Limited.
