 “EQUIP & ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES LIMITED” (EQUIP) was formally incorporated on the 11th day of December, 2007 as a Limited Liability Company under the existing companies law and allied matters Act 1990 of the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria. We are a 100% Nigerian owned company with our corporate offices strategically located in Lagos State and FCT Abuja, Nigeria.

“EQUIP” is a leading indigenous company providing a wide range of technical equipment, engineering and environmental services to a diversified client base which includes multinational oil & gas companies, construction & engineering companies, manufacturing companies, government agencies & parastatals and high net worth individuals.

As exclusive agent to various original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), we are actively involved in the establishment, marketing and after-sales support services for a wide range of leading international brands with strong positions to the Nigerian economy and the West African market in general. Our strategy is to grow these brands overtime so that they will achieve category leading positions.
